– 10+ years of experience in IT strategy & enterprise architecture within major international groups.
– 5 years of experience in IT transition management as trusted deputy CIO/CTO.
– Proven expertise in large-scale IT transformations (core platform strategies, post-merger carve-ins).
– Management of teams up to 20 architects and IT budgets of €140M.
– Experienced negotiator with vendors and procurement (RFPs, contracts, sourcing).
